The Maryland Daily Examiner is a local publication based in La Plata, Maryland that features community news, events, reviews, exclusive interviews, and entertainment in Southern Maryland (we will be changing our name to The Southern Maryland Gazette in 2017). Our print edition is distributed FREE within the local communities of Southeast DC, Prince George’s County (MD), and Charles County (MD). Our mission is to create awareness of local happenings while providing valuable information and content to our readers that is both educational and entertaining.
